Friendly place with decent equipment provided and knowledgeable, approachable coaches. Decent value for money both to skate and in the café, where the coffee and the cakes are excellent. In the process of expanding the skate park which should make it even better! Easy to get to on public transport.

The people who work here are so nice and really supportive. They make you feel like you belong there even if you have no clue what you are doing. Seeing lot of people there might make you anxious as a beginner but honestly if you have a chat to the people who work there, they will help you with anything and make you feel much more relaxed and as soon as you leave, you'll be so looking forward to going back!

This place is brilliant for kids of all ages riding a skateboard or scooter. The staff are really excellent too.

Excellent location for skating with ever present and friendly staff on hand to answer any and all questions you might have. Currently in the process of being renovated and I'm sure once it's complete it will be absolutely badass.

Attend the Sunday morning sessions with 2 girls (5&6 years old). Initially my girls were shy and nervous but their confidence has really come through these last 2 weeks. The Scottish bloke is extremely patient with the kids and is softly spoken so the girls really have taken a shine to his methods even though it can be hard to understand his accent sometimes.

In two words , “Absolutely Amazing” I can’t Thank ‘Projekts’ enough for fostering & unleashing my son’s potential in skateboarding. They all have shown incredible patience dealing with our child as well as all the other kids during lessons and holiday camps. I highly appreciate entire team’s time, dedication, and heart which they have given to coach Walli and all the others. As a mum, i am always at peace of mind whilst he is there as i knew he was in safe hands. The entire team is simply amazing. Truly the best skatepark in the north!!! I am a beginner to skateboarding and I went to projekts and I was really warmly greeted by the great skaters who go there everyone's so nice and helpful one guy showed me how to go off big ramps when I was nervous. All in all great place great time. Thanks projekts

Great place to learn how to skateboard or rollerblade. Cafe is well stocked and serves great coffee and a variety of other drinks. Very friendly and welcoming.

This place is brilliant! The staff, facilities and teachers rock! Give them every penny you've ever made!
