Starbucks Coffee manchester

Great coffee as always. There was a long queue but this went down very quick. I didn't have to wait long for my drink. Service was good. Lots of choice and the cakes looked delicious. Lots of places to sit or you can take away if you'd rather do that.

Poor experience of a Starbucks, they had ample staff on but queue still moved really slowly. Several staff had faces on them like they really couldn't be bothered- sure we all have days like that but at least try and hide it a little.

All the staff are pleasant and friendly, coffee products as you would expect and recently renovated too. Access to the hotel lobby area without any hassle. This is a franchise shop, so no Starbucks cards and prices are a little higher, so be aware

I came to this Starbucks (my first time at a Starbucks) my impression was that the staff were very bored and impatient, and not friendly at all. Secondly, they failed to put the lid of my coffee on properly which resulted in the coffee spilling onto me when I took a sip, giving me a nasty red burn and a wet shirt. 1 star, would not recommend, and the coffee tasted bad anyway.

Great coffee shop and felt very safe as there were plastic dividers between the smaller tables too. Very good service

Friendly staff who were great accommodating my child's ever changing biscuit order. Lovely atmosphere.

Biggish Starbucks. Good snack selection. Try the vegan breakfast patty. Great place to chill out waiting for shops to open.

Another great coffee and nice atmosphere. Friendly team serving. Could do with a few more sofa seating spaces.
