To start with, Bailey Italia isn't an Italian restaurant at all. It does sell ice cream but any similarity ends there. It's also located in one of the oddest locations in Manchester, over the top of a large tent shop / MOT centre.
Inside there is a combination of very large and comfy leather sofas, more akin to something you'd have in a home, and neatly arranged garden furniture.
Food wise you've got either sandwiches or hot food. Costs are very low and portion sizes are frequently generous. But other than the standard fair of average tasting burgers and breakfasts there is nothing of note. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad food. It's just not very exciting. But it's well cooked and very well priced. So if you after a quick cheap lunch and you're in the area, worth a visit.
