We only paid £32 for a one night stay, so couldn't ask for much, the deduction of one star was for the black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, which wasn't great as we were told that it was one of the new rooms. Breakfast was amazing though. Everything was cooked on point, and I would go as far to say that was the best breakfast I've ever had from one of these style hotels

Nice hotel in a convenient position( although not walking distance to the city centre), you get your usual good clean room and a very good attached restaurant ( beefeater I think??) Which has lovely staff and serves good, if a little ordinary food.

If we just want a great night sleep while out and about during the day, we always would go for a premier inn, as they have great locations. This ines just 5min drive from oxford city centre, or a 10 -15min bus ride. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a few hairs in the shower cabin. The breakfast at the Beefeater is just great you get so much for your money. On check in the grill was very helpful, pointed out sights to see and the best and inexpensive way to get there. Everytime you encounter with a member of the staff they said hello So I can really recommend this hotel

I don't think this hotel is that old. The checking was fast but it does get busy in reception. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Air conditioning in the rooms and large flat screen TV. Typical large bathroom, but the shower head was difficult to move. I would recommend everyone staying.

The room was a good size, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the secondary glazing kept the relatively busy road noise down to a minimum. The staff were always pleasant and obliging. The breakfast was wholesome, if you wished, and varied.

Room was spacious, clean and well presented. Bed was somewhat on the firm and very creaky side but we had an excellent night's sleep and an exceptionally enjoyable cooked breakfast (shame the plates were stone cold as warmed would have made it perfect!). We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was excellent and very clean. We had a delicious breakfast and couldn't have been more relaxed. It was in a perfect spot, just round the corner from the Park and Ride.

Enjoyed a night away in a comfy bed ( quite high for some, though didn't effect us) perfect air conditioning, spotlessly clean. only criticism is that there wasn't enough sugar and tea bags, 2 teabags and 4 sugars, hubby had to go and ask reception in morning for more as he has about 6 sugars as they are half teaspoon. But this happens to us in most hotels, we will be definitely back again and hopefully pay around 39 pound again.

We stayed for a weekend in July and this hotel was lovely and so clean and fresh. The rooms were tastefully decorated and it is really close to Oxford City centre, just a quick taxi ride away. We also ate in their restaurant downstairs where the food was really nice. Our server, Damian was excellent too. He was really pleasant and attentive and made our experience their lovely. Nice to see these days when some restaurants have turned to self app ordering putting you off visiting. Not here, the whole evening was lovely. Well done. Will definitely recommend staying here!!!
