Obviously it's a premier in which is a budget hotel so the 5 stars is bearing that in mind which is fair enough. The hotel met all our expectations and we had a lovely overnight stay on the way to a wedding. The main expectations that we find important were met. The room was wonderfully clean and well furnished. The staff were lovely and polite. The breakfasts were the standard offer of premier inns but everything was to a high standard with cooked breakfasts cooked to order. The noise was minimal, which isn't always a problem that a hotel can control if there is a large party. However in this case the walls and doors are well sound proofed. I've stayed at hotels like this where the doors are old and thin, these aren't. It was quite hot when we started but a fan for the room was supplied and the window opened adequately to allow it to be cool enough. An alternative sheet was provided for the bed, if we wanted, to allow for the warm weather. Therefore everything was done to help with the heat and that allowed us to have a decent a night's sleep. There are no real views to speak of at this hotel but that isn't their fault and more importantly what you do see when you look out is clean. We had an evening meal and it was standard Brewer's Fare but cooked nicely. I would certainly stay here again, for the price it was an excellent experience. There is a slight point of historic interest on that the chimney of the old brick factory which existed on the site before the hotel still exists. If history of brick factories or chimneys is not your thing it does serve as a good landmark when you are looking for the place!

I cannot praise this inn enough. The staff are so lovely and very polite, as well as welcoming. This is my favourite place to stay here and I come back time and again. The pub grub is fab and the breakfast is fabulous. Rooms are good prefer the original ines to the new ones in the extension. Yes they extended because they are popular. Parking is fab to. Can't say enough.

Stayed here twice now. Clean rooms, nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Ground floor rooms seem to be better than the first floor ones for some reason. Big car park with plenty of room for large vans. Brewers fayre attached has a good menu choice and breakfast usual decent premier Inn standard. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Where do i start, the best customer service i have ever had anywhere. The staff were brilliant nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant was brilliant and the breakfast very very recommended!. The lady that greeted us Lauren i think was her name sorted us a room out after i had made the booking wrong. Personally setting a bed up to made another room a twin room. I cant recommend staying here enough the location is great and felt safe leaving the car in carpark. Next time we are that way without a doubt we will be back there. Well done Premier Inn and well done all the staff at this venue!

Stayed here for two nights, unfortunately during a summer heatwave, far two hot and stuffy in the rooms as the rooms do not have air-con, this is mentioned on the booking site. It might not have been so bad but the only window that did open was very small and was restricted. Other than that the Premier was fine.

You know what your getting with Premier Inn, stayed here for work, friendly staff and clean rooms. The room I was in the bed wasn’t as comfortable as they usually are. Easy to find and in a fairly quiet location as set back far enough from the main road.

Very helpful, welcoming, friendly staff. We arrived early to ask if we could check in early & offload our luggage into our room etc as we had an event to attend starting at 2pm & online check in had not been available due to Covid arrangements. The answer basically was 'no', but very nicely put, the reason well explained, & totally accepted. The room, when accessed, we found clean & tidy as expected.
