Platinum Skoda Bath bath

Bought a new Superb through Steve Gear who managed to find one in stock to my specification. I'm just waiting to hear when I can come in and collect the car. Great service, not at all pushy and willing to explain options in detail.

Service and MOT carried out and car ready by the time I'd asked it to be completed. All appears to have been done well and staff very helpful. Only moan is that my dashboard screen had been reset and was telling me that no data was available. After playing around with the menu I managed to set it up as I'd previously had it.

Just purchased a Karoq recently and the customer service at Skoda was excellent. Very knowledgeable sales staff and very patient with my endless questions. No pushy sales manner as so often found in other dealerships. I would highly recommend Skoda Bath !

Didn't push for the sale, happy to answer any questions and help me in anyway to get me in the car by the time I needed and did it well. 5 stars isn't enough for the service I received from the dealership, this is the third car I have purchased and by no means will be my last !!!

I purchased my next car here, I had an issue that needed to be rectified, although it took a little time, the service was brilliant and they provided information throughout in regards my issue, they ensured I could get to work when they had the car, and handed the car back clean and tidy and more importantly the issue resolved 100% I would highly recommend and Sara or the manager Allen, should you purchase a car here.

Went to trade in one car, Andy in Sales was so helpful we ended up trading in both cars and now have two great cars. Very friendly knowledgeable staff couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend.
