Mercedes of Bath made buying a new car a great stress free experience, the salesman (Andrew) was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble from sorting out a overnight demonstration to handing over the keys to my new car. The dealership is very modern and clean, the front of house are very friendly and quick to offer you a drink and direct you to a seating area while they sort out your request, the only downside, it’s the first new car that I have purchased that the dealer doesn’t leave a gift in the car when you pick it up ( flowers, umbrella bottle of bubbly etc)

Just popped in for parts for my CLK and service was outstanding. Steff on reception is super charming and happy to talk. Coffee was great too. Highly recommended!!

Good work, when they do it. The issue is their note-taking, their communication (internal and external), and their organisation. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, phone calls the day before a job (booked the previous month) to a number they've been told, multiple times, is only accessed after work to warn they've had to cancel the job as they haven't ordered the part they quoted for weeks ago. 2 different quotes for the cost of the work; when I get there, of course the more expensive of the two is the one they think is correct. Looking for an alternative workshop to maintain my car, as they're unreliable.

The exchange of my previous C220d estate for an E220d coupe was painless and completed very efficiently with the guidance of Sam Rogers. A quickly solved defective battery was replaced without delay and since that time, the coupe has been a pleasure to drive.
