5/ 5

I visited the showroom a fortnight ago as I was in the market for a second vehicle instead of putting so many miles on my beloved E46 M3. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely Sophie who was very hospitable and polite. All sales execs were busy but she was more than happy to show me around a vehicle and spend time in explaining the products available to me. I did not buy on this occasion due to personal circumstances but I look forward to visiting the branch in the future if I receive 5 star service like that.

1/ 5

The after sales experience of this location has been awful. After purchasing a brand new M5 Competition in December 2020 I’ve been back numerous times to fix a fault with the exhaust system and it’s still not fixed. I’ve received a chip in my paintwork as well which has not been actioned. I’ve had service staff leave without passing on the full information to the team. The service Manager has refused to return calls or try and fix my car. Never updated when in for repair. The list goes on. I’ve contacted head office and I’m hoping for a fix to my issues including changing dealership. If BMW want customers to continue to buy their flagship products then they need to work extremely hard on training and after sales. I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid!!
