Halfords bath

Went in to get one thing, came out with five. Good amount of items available and quick service. Receipt was emailed to me, which is appreciated as it reduces the amount of paper in one's wallet. Bike customers can see their bikes being assembled whilst in store. There is also the opportunity to take an electric bike on a short test ride

I needed a new spoke for a DT Swiss MTB wheel, I had an event the next day and didn't want to ride with a wonky wheel. After trying the main bike shops with no luck I thought I would give Halfords a go. The very helpful staff quickly fit a new spoke while I waited on a busy Saturday, and trued it perfectly. Top service, thank you!

I was trying to find distilled water for a CPAP machine and I spoke to a very helpful person. He took the trouble to go and find a bottle of deionised water and, after talking it through with me, decided that it would indeed be suitable for my machine. Thank you so much - I'm only sorry I can't remember his name. I would have liked to have given him the kudos!

Very helpful staff, had no issue with replacing a bike lock that had rusted within its 5-year guarantee. Provide a great range of components for all types of bikes.

Review of a visit I had a couple of months ago but forgot to write earlier: I had a problem with changing gears on my bike. I went to two other bike shops in Bath, both of which said I needed an expensive repair. However when I went to Halfords they fixed the problem free of charge in around 10 minutes. Very happy with this result.
