Poor repair . Couldnt care less even after i pointed out they missed parts of repair. Did nothing about it. Absolutely no communication. Tried to repair with cheap ebay parts. They had my car for two months and its still not right.

I chose this place in Bristol even though I live in Southampton as they're Mazda approved and my Mazda has an unusual pearlescent paint and I really wanted a great match... I was not disappointed!!! A* paint job! The workmanship was fantastic and even my dad who works in the motor trade was unbelievably impressed when he saw it (it takes a lot to impress him!) The service was impeccable too! I was meant to collect my finished car on 23rd December, however I ended up in hospital, so I called to see if I could collect my car on 24th (Christmas Eve) - however nobody told me they were closing at midday for Christmas. My journey was nearly 3 hours and I got a call from the body shop at midday to ask where I was - about 2 hours away. A member of the team kindly waited for me until 2pm to collect my car even though he was meant to have finished for Christmas... I'm extremely grateful for this! Thank you 😊 I would highly recommend this place for their quality and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this bodyshop again even with the 6 hour round trip (twice!). Fab!
