Great food, excellent service. Our waitress was exceptional. I cannot remember her name, but we were at the York restaurant (opp M&S Food Hall), on Friday 27th December 2019, at approx 6:45pm/7pm.

Poor waitress by herself at lunchtime. Waited 10 minutes after being seated and no one came over to take our drinks order never mind to get our plates for buffet - given that the buffet was close to ending we kinda wanted to get food asap. Please hire some more staff.

We booked a table and were shown to our seats as soon as we arrived. It is a small Pizza Hut but the staff are amazing and work incredibly hard. They are friendly and attentive. We had the buffet and it is the best Pizza Hut buffet I have ever had. The pizzas are constantly bought out so you never have to wait (which I normally have to do at Pizza Hut buffets) and the pasta was nice and hot (temperature). The service and whole experience was fantastic. I will definitely go again when I'm in York.
