Bad food, vegetarian spring roll full of grease, lung poh came with a sauce that turned my plate a toxic colour, and tasteless

Never had a chance to taste the food cuz both the times I've ordered from here they've cancelled my order. Not sure if it's a vendetta against me or if they don't like making salt and chilli chicken. I've decided not to like this place after last time I ordered they made me wait 40 minutes before cancelling my order. Safe to say I was one hungry guy.
