My partner and I will be going on our Honeymoon without our vaccines as they were too understaffed to getting around to looking at our holiday forms we completed 3 months before travelling. An absolute disgrace. The NHS is as compassionate as Soviet Russia

Highly compassionate and super-respectful practitioners. Very well-educated and up-to-date doctors who make you aware of your rights and every detail of your illness/treatment with great patience. Also welcoming of new residents in the neighbourhood or even tourists/guest patients. I have always received top-notch service and quick referrals to the specialists both within the primary as well as secondary care sector.

Fantastic service since moving to Bristol - Easy to register as a new patient at reception after printing off & completing forms - Recently booked an appointment, with no issue, using the automated phone service - No waiting time for said appointment. My name flashed up on the screen as soon as I sat down in the waiting room. - Friendly doctor. Sorted my prescription and gave helpful advice. - Collect my online pin at reception on the way out and now have access to appointments & repeat prescriptions online. Wonderful team, thank you!

It's 7.25 PM and I am still waiting for my telephone consult (appointment at 5.40 PM). I can understand that they are busy, but it's unacceptable to leave a patient without any guidance for all this time (my appointment was booked through E-Consult yesterday). I called them one hour ago and I was told that the doctor would have called me back this evening but still nothing - how long should someone wait? And of course symptomps can get worst without an adequate assistance. It's a shame because in the past they were more efficient and reliable. Hoping that this honest feedback will be taken in consideration for improvement.

The best doctor’s surgery I’ve been registered with by a country mile. Welcoming and very helpful reception staff. The GPs who have helped me have made me feel at home in the practice and offered assistance over and above. And a special thank you to the nurse I saw for a blood test who was so careful when inserting the needle, that I barely knew it was happening. Thank you all!

Turned up for my appointment to find that whichever receptionist I had called and booked in with a month prior hadn’t bothered to book either of my appointments onto the system meaning an unnecessary taxi journey there and 2 days booked off work wasted… very frustrating. Make sure you receive the confirmation text before your appointment or your time could be wasted like mine. (Was a first time patient at this surgery so wasn’t aware I was supposed to receive a text.) 🙃🙃🙃
