Bridge View Medical – Wedmore – Marksbury Road bristol

I've had a good experience when I have been able to see some one. But getting an appointment is very difficult. I was told that they were not taking forward bookings and you had to call on the day. For non urgent care I find it hard to take a day off work, on the off chance I can get an appointment. I doubt it is the staffs fault but what are we paying are taxes for?

Went there on Tuesday as Malago Surgery was shut. Found the place to be really relaxing, friendly (receptionist was even more friendly than Malago Surgery). Many thanks to Louise Webb who treated me.

These doctors have no clue what there doing with mental health. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE KILLING THEMSELFS. 100% not good enough !!!

Reception staff rude, should of replaced them all for the new building. Same old rude women from before, no people skills at all and they mess you about, give bad information. Complete joke

They don't seem to have enough doctors for the number of patients, it is really hard to make an appointment unless you are seriously ill. I made an appointment to see a doctor and when I got there it turned out they had booked me with the nurse practitioner instead. She couldn't do the prescriptions I needed so it was useless. This happened twice.
