After waiting over a month for an appointment, I arrived to discover mine had been cancelled and no one had informed me, reportedly a text message was sent but nothing ever came through despite them having the correct contact details. Completely infuriated and definitely registering at a different surgery. FFUUUU

If you want an emergency appointment - expect to wait a month to even get through to someone who even knows what they're doing. 111 attempts at calling this morning, I've been trying for an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT since last Thursday?!! Not even a call back. Dr Nearney, really good GP or I'd be somewhere else in a flash.

Friendly thoughtful receptionists. Doctors very good also. Booking system can require effort but that's the same with any surgery these days too many patients and not enough GP's to go round.

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment here because of heir ridiculous system. When you do it's clear that there is no communication between doctors/nurses and reception. Paperwork not ready to pick up when you are told it's ready, tests not arranged when they should be and referral's not posted when they should be.

Great doctors - if you can get an appointment to see one. Phone appointments open at 08.30. Today, I dialled on the dot of 8.30. The phone was constantly engaged until 8.50. This is not uncommon. I redialled as soon as I got the engaged tone every time. At 8.46 I finally went into a queuing system. I was third in the queue. When my call was taken at 8.50, the receptionist told me all the appointments for Thursday had gone and I would need to phone tomorrow. When I asked how they could all have gone if I'd been dialling since phone lines opened, she couldn't explain. When I asked how all the people who made appointments must have been dialling at the same time as me, she couldn't explain why their calls had gone through and mine had not.

I haven't been back there long, but I've had a good experience with the doctor I've seen. He's been really thorough and conscientious.

Staff here incredibly helpful. The doctor’s and nurses I have seen have always been kind, dedicated, supportive and professional despite the pressures they are working under. Thank you 🙏

Receptionist was very rude, I walked in and was told to ware a mask when I was just about to do so anyway, I had to take off my motorcycle helmet first. When I asked her why she was not warning one she told me that she didn't have to because she was behind a screen. I asked her if she thought the scene would stop her infecting everyone if she had covid (it is not a big screen at all and has many openings in it) she said "probably not", I would say defiantly not! One in three people show no symptoms so there is a good chance she will be passing it on to vulnerable people if she is asymptotic but she just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like I was a trouble maker. She was also right next to a nurse that was not wearing her mask properly either, only covering her mouth not nose. When I walked in I was the only person in the waiting room so me taking all of 5-6 seconds to put my mask on would not put anyone else at risk, unlike her!

Very angry. They made mistake twice with my babies appointment. I went threw the traffic with crying 4m baby to hear that was a mistake and i need to go back in 4 hours. Lady said that I'm rude. Well would be nice to hear sorry. I'm angry mother.
