5/ 5

I walked in to the first chiropractic appointment with a headache and walked out without a headache. In the last few months having regular appointments at this clinic I barely have headaches now and I used to suffer with them daily. This has helped my life immensely and so I obviously recommend this clinic!

A 55 year old male with a raging pain above my left shoulder blade that was starting to affect my sleep and definitely impacting on my concentration which in turn had a detrimental effect on the quality of my work. And a possibly even more challenging a wife telling me to do something about it! Nicki was recommended by a friend and after just 15 minutes of discussion, Nicki set to work on the symptom whilst talking me through her identification of the cause. Within an hour my pain was alleviated and I had an action plan to manage/overcome the root cause. I'm clearly a massive advocate and, for what my opinion is worth, I would recommend Nicki over any sports massage therapist that I have dealt with over the years.

I had been suffering for months with an ongoing knee injury until i received treatment from Mike Mackay. He correctly diagnosed the problem very quickly and the treatment he provided was spot-on and my knee issue is now a thing of the past thanks to his help. I went skiing last week and did not have any knee issues at all (this was a major concern for me prior to the holiday) - again due to Mike's help. In fact I skied better than ever as a result of the strengthening advice he provided. I would definitely recommend Mike at Redland House Clinic.

Having suffered with pins and needles in my left arm and hand for over a month I was recommended by mate to Jonathan who not only has cured my problem but he is now treating me with acupuncture for my painful knees. The reception staff are also very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Redland House Clinic

A few years ago, when I was in my mid-seventies, I suffered from a gradually worsening restriction of my mobility. Having been a keen walker (usually with a series of retired guide dogs) in the end I found I could hardly walk for 500 yards. Despite a series of neurological consultations and investigations, no cause was found nor treatment offered. I felt pretty miserable. A friend mentioned to me how much Jonathan had helped her with a not dissimilar situation. As a doctor myself I must confess to have been wary of seeing a chiropractor but, since conventional medicine had not helped me, I needed to do something. After reviewing my history and looking at my MRI scan results, Jonathan said that he thought he knew what was wrong with me and that, although he could not cure the problem, he might be able to help. That give me hope in the limbo I found myself. He also emphasised the importance of exercise and suggested getting another dog. I embarked on a series of treatments which resulted in me, within a few weeks, being able to walk up to 3 miles (with our new dog, Timber). The difference to my life was amazing! Now 81 years of age, I have continued to see Jonathan from time to time and have found that beneficial. I had a bit of a set back after losing Timber then moving house recently but further treatment and a disciplined exercise regime means that I am, once more, able to walk 3 to 4 miles a day. Indeed, I feel the difference if I don’t walk even for one day! Thank you very much indeed Jonathan. The effect of your ministrations on my quality of life has been very positive.

Nothing but praise for this clinic, I've suffered with bouts of debilitating back issues, each time Jonathan has managed to get me in and resolve the issues. Jonathan and the team there are excellent and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone.

5/ 5

I went to Redland House Clinic having been recommended the clinic by a friend. Jonathan is fantastic, I had bad lower back pain from bending over at work and within a few sessions I was pain free and my back (and posture) is the best it has ever been. I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan to family and friends.
