An utterly shambolic excuse for a surgery. The doctors themselves are great, but you’ll need to be at deaths door or willing to wait for 4 weeks to see one. Just getting past the receptionist is enough to raise your blood pressure. Tried to book an appointment for my daughter (under 2 years old). Couldn’t get through on the phone so used the online service. Received a text confirming her appointment on the 14th July. Today is the 17th June. Called to complain and was cut off when I got to the front of the queue. Called again and waited 30 minutes to speak to a receptionist.

I have always had a good experience with the surgery. The staff are helpful, efficient and give good advice. I have received follow-up calls where needed and had timely appointments.

No doubt about it, the morning phone call cue for an appointment is very long and sometimes you get through and all the appointments are gone. However, I like the fact it’s for appointments in a weeks time rather than several weeks time. Perhaps they should continue to release some at 8:30 then again at 2:30 so people have more chance, especially for those working and can’t call that early in the morning. I find the reception staff are always helpful and understanding. The nurses are absolutely great. Never had an issue with any for the GP’s I’ve seen here and I’ve always walked away happy with the care I’ve received.

I've been with the Lennard Surgery for over 30 years, there have course been many changes for all our hard working doctors and medical team and front line staff, but with all this in mind, I have always been very pleased with the service I receive. Kind, helpful staff. And caring listening Doctors.

This has been my practice of choice for more than 30 years and the Doctors have always performed well. However, the administration staff and reception team are useless, obstructive and arrogant. I am making a formal complaint, but wanted to share my frustration with the public
