Never had so much difficulty trying to book an appointment. Online service doesn't work, and no one picks up the phones. The staff there however are great!

I was told to call back for an emergency appointment at 11:45 on a Wednesday, nobody picked up after trying for 15 minutes. I was then told by an answering machine that they're closed from 12-2 on Wednesdays. I can only assume they left early, not the first time I've struggled to get through to them. Generally the GPs are good but booking an appointment is painfully difficult.

Polite reception staff, can always get an urgent on the day appointment, routine appointment wait is about 3wks (better than most), GPs are clearly stressed and working to the max but mostly still helpful, brilliant nurses, prescription turnaround is good.

The best doctor's surgery I have been to. I am a new patient and so far I am hugely impressed. Dr Manjit Dhinsa is absolutely lovely, helpful, approachable and she didn't rush me at all even though they were running quite late. The nurse was fab for a blood test too. This is the first surgery I have been to where the reception staff and friendly too! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Dr. Ignored a serious red flag symptom I was having which could’ve resulted in paralysis. Good job I pushed her on it. Second experience with Dr. walken refuses to sign a form for clean bill of health as bp was slightly high 140/82 which nearly cost me a job abroad. Went private and the cardiologist agreed it was ridiculous. Aside from that it took them 12 years to finally let me have an MRI which the results showed if it were done earlier I could’ve potentially avoided the effects of a spinal disease. Thanks to this surgery fobbing me off time after time I didn’t manage to avoid it. Disgusting....

Every experience I've had here has been seamless and positive. I've always been able to park with ease and been blown away by the tranquil beauty of the carefully-maintained garden at the front of the building. My covid booster was swiftly booked for the very next day after my text invitation, and amazingly I was in, jabbed, and out- all in under 5 minutes. The system was very efficient with friendly, smiling staff supporting us all the way. Bravo and thank you so much for your hard work keeping us safe!

We have been with the Family Practice for 16 years and I can honestly say that without exception, we have received prompt, kind and professional service from everyone at the practice. During lockdown when everyone was under so much stress-no more so than the doctors and other medical staff who were exposing themselves to the virus on a daily basis to keep us all safe - they continued to provide an excellent service for us all. My husband who is clinically extremely vulnerable and was very ill during the pandemic was treated with the utmost care and respect. It is really worth reminding ourselves that in most countries of the world, we'd have to pay for this level of professional help. We are extraordinarily lucky.

Great doctors but if you can only pass the rude and snappy reception team. I understand the situation is overwhelming now a days but reception is a customer service issue. They should at least work on their communication skills.

5/ 5

I would like to thank all the doctors and staff at the Family Practice for the care they have given me this year. I have a serious, non treatable condition and during lockdown, had added complications which made me very unwell. Despite all the challenges of trying to help patients during the pandemic, they were all so kind, attentive and helped me get through this. I don't know how they managed to do their job so well under such stressful conditions. Thank you so much, I'm very grateful for their help and for the NHS in general.
