I only ever buy my shoes from Pavers in Poole. The ladies who work there are so good. They are friendly but not pushy and help in any way that they can. Always a smile and advice when necessary. You should be proud of them!! Keep up the good work. Kind regards. Cerie Nicholas. A happy customer.

Working on a extention for the warehouse

My experience of the lack of customer care at the Taverham branch in Norwich was disgusting. The Manager, Clare, was downright rude in front of members of the public in the store. She needs further training in customer care skills I'm afraid.

think it is really bad that york branch does not do padder shoes anymore not everyone does shopping on line especially elderly people woman in shop not bothered so much for customer service

Ordered 2 pair shows on line in June.One pair arrived No sign of 2nd pair. Emailed a month later, told lost in transit. Said they'd had sourced another pair but it would take 7 to 10 days. A month later no sign of the shoes.Emailed but no reply, two days later had to email again as they didn't have the decency to reply to my first email. Got reply the next day.Shoes not in stock, will refund. This was on the 13th August & they had my money since the 9th June.I just wonder if I hadn't sent email would I ever have got my money back or my shoes

Minium pay,only one day off on a weekend, if you have a family or social life then then pavers is not the place to be

Yet again they totally messed up my Order. Sadly won’t be buying again as I spend more money and time on calls and e mails chasing them up only to be told completely different things on the phone to what I was told in emails.

I ordered online and received my order but the sandals were not the correct size, so I placed another order for the same item in the correct size, I emailed the company and got no response. Then I got on the live chatter box with them, no name of who I was chatting to and the collection is the issue of the wrong size item, chatter box said yes I can hand it to the postman royal mail, then chatter box said no I have to make a booking with royal mail. I replied it's the company that do that not the customer. Chatter box ended the chat. So I am not pleased and I shall not use this company and it's customers service again.
