Beyond excellent service. Simone replied to the email literally the next morning (after I'd sent one late the night before with some photos of the leather repair I needed in my boots along with resole etc) and offered a rough quote. Have dropped them off this morning and received exceptional service. Turned out to be cheaper than quoted as one of the fixes was minor even though I thought the zips needed replacing. These are my favourite boots and are 12+ years old so was desperate they could be fixed to be worn again. He even laughed at the cat hairs that had somehow lingered on the boots despite my vain attempt to de-fluff!! Highly recommend, don't waste money at Timpsons, get them done properly at Peters. It's a small and local business that has been there for years, which says a lot.
