Bought some chelsea boots which I found to be faulty, rang the store before travelling back as I don't live local. They didn't have my size, they took my name and number to ring when my size was available. True to their word I had a phonecall and the boots were put to one side ready for me to collect.fantastic customer service, really impressed with how helpful they are

Tried some trousers on, perfect fit. Picked another two pair from the shelf in different colours, got home and found the extra two pair to be straight fit not slim fit. Rang up for advice as I live over an hours drive away, was told to post them back and the correct pairs would be sent out. Posted back Monday received correct ones Friday of the same week. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you.
