I would just like to say a big thank you too the lovely staff in joules today they were very helpful in both returning a gilet and re ordering me another size as-well as allowing me to swap a faulty puffa coat to a new one. Both lady’s were extremely understanding, helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my purchases.

Great choice of clothes, often with a sale of sorts on. Hard to access with a buggy/pram - understandable given the old streets but steps inside could easily have had (should have) a ramp option.
