Went into the store on Monday looking for. Size in a particular pair of bottoms and they were out of stock so the lady at the till told me to phone every morning r go in every morning as they get new shipment everyday and the bottoms could be on the shipment (but they don’t know beforehand) so I called yesterday and the lady I spoke with (Tracy) was very short with me and then when I called today she told me the bottoms aren’t there and she was very rude and told me to basically not ring everyday because she won’t waste her time going through the boxes to see if the bottoms are there and that if I knew the product code it would be easier for her to check , 1. You just told me the bottoms aren’t in so you obviously won’t have to waste your time looking -if there is a shipment of bottoms that has come in then I’ll make my way to the store to see if they have the bottoms in the size I want yet 2.i was told by your member of staff on Monday that it was fine to ring everyday and check -I’m sorry I forgot the name of the specific bottoms but just finding out if a shipment of any bottoms has come in will motivate me to come into the store . The lady was rude and it was very poor customer service .I wouldn’t mind but they were going to be for my mums birthday ,I wanted to surprise her as she’d been wanting a pair for ages but because some lady thinks her time is too valuable to be spent helping a customer not too knowledgeable about Adidas my mother now won’t be receiving this present . .Wont be shopping there again.

I love the addias shop because instead of going jd i can go here it has all the shoes and football stuff i need. I recommend this place for trainers or football stuff.

Staff very helpful polite showed us straight away were we needed to be no pressure to buy when we purchased our goods cashier was so good with my grandson about talking about his football boots

Disappointed by the range of trainers. Mind you it is the outlet, so perhaps not the place for the latest designs

Addidas/Reebok..... good but lacks a good variation of crossfit wear , and atual training shoes

if you can find the only remaining number suitable product, prices is very low nearly 24 pound. My wife bought black superstar and its price is 30 pound. When compared with any Adidas shop or other, prices are perfect.

The overall shop was really dirty with dust and fluff all over the floor. I also found the staff to be a little rude when I went to pay. Was not impressed at spending £35 for a jumper for it to then just be screwed up and shoved in a bag that was too small

Got some bargains as usual. Don't usually go to this Adidas shop. Found they had a lot of different items from the outlet in Castleford.

Nice place to shop not as cheap as most of the lines you can get on line cheaper,also depending if you drop on a sale day then you can get some good bargins

Outstanding service and full of staff to help, unlike the Nike shop it was clean and tidy.
