Comfortable overnight accommodations but the Staff members Yvonne and Restaurant Manager Atilla were fantastic and made us feel very welcome during our stay. They were both very professional, attentive and friendly which added to the enjoyment of our stay. They are an absolute credit to Mercure Hotels and deserve a special mention and an extra star. Thank you!

It's a Mercure now not a Park Inn. I checked in got given a room on the 4th floor. Lift not working do got moved to a 1st floor room. Mold all around the window frame and it smelled of cigarettes. Got moved again to another 1st floor room. Still mold around the window frame and on the curtains. Bed was old and the table was very wobbly. Breakfast was OK.

4/ 5

A very comfortable and stylish hotel. Very friendly service and plenty of car parking. Very close to the international centre. The restaurant is ok but gets busy, and you might find better food more easily in the nearby town centre. Also has a bar and coffee counter that is open when the restaurant is not. Recommended.
