Lovely hotel. Even though it was fully booked this weekend the staff couldn't do enough for you. Very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The girls on reception definitely went above and beyond to make our stay a home from home. Breakfast was scrumptious, wail laid out, everyone keeping their distance and the staff here were also extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem for these lovely staff. To the manager cherish and look after your staff, these people are what make this hotel... Will definitely be back...

Always like staying at a Holiday Inn, it's clichéd but you always get the same great level of service... standards of cleaning and food etc. Rooms quiet...plenty of space to sit at the bar or restaurant. Only downside is the hot breakfast really...powdered eggs cooked within an inch of their life which make them solid. Otherwise always good value.

The rooms are nice ,beds very comfortable. Self service breakfast was very good . Evening meal in the restaurant was poor ,we ate just once and cancelled our following evening meal. We weren't informed that their was no room service, unless requested. Only told on our 3rd evening stay this is now their policy . ( had requested clean towels on each morning ,which we had to collect from reception, who failed to tell us of their no room service unless requested) I felt I paid for a service which I didn't receive, which accounts for our poor rating along with the poor evening menu and food .

Where can I start to praise this hotel? It os by far the best hotel we’ve been in. The staff is amazing. Very helpful, very kind and extremely patient. The room was absolutely spotless, was cleaned every day and refreshed. The pool is clean and welcomes everybody as it has small half hour sessions so all can enjoy it. We didn’t eat at the premises as we traveled around the area but the smell and all the ‘having a good time’ feeling from restaurant every time passed by it was amazing. It is a busy, extremely desired hotel because everything is so nice but you don’t feel that because you are taking care of. Minutes walking (10-15) from main shopping centre and restaurant. 2 minutes away from Wonderland (for kids) and Very close to a lot of restaurants. We lives it so much we are planning another stay in a few weeks. We are travelling quite often and we were blown away bu this Holiday Inn. Hats of to the staff and thank you for such a nice stay!🙏😊❤️
