Myself and my wife were treated to an overnight stay which included a 25 minute spa treatment. First thoughts of the hotel were lovely, staff were excellent. We ahead down for our spa treatment with Petra which was amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Evening meal was excellent. However the room was a massive disappointment. Rooms are very dated and could do with a massive refurbishment, mould around the baths and window frames. Before we could get into bed I had to get rid of numerous spiders. Cobwebs above the curtains, around the curtain poles and in the corners of the ceilings. The bed was horrendous I'm surprised it was still up the next morning. Mattress was only fit for the skip we could literally feel every spring. The main building and Spa could do with abit of TLC. Plenty of on site parking. Hotel grounds are very well kept! We would stay here again but obviously I'd like to check my room thoroughly first.

Girls bought me a chocolate themed spa day for my birthday. Never been on a spa day before so was not sure what to expect. All I can say is perfect. Staff. Friendly and polite. Spa staff came to my rescue when the wife had my my shorts! Also wife was having difficulty with the lockers. Staff again friendly and informative. Pool steam and sauna room all good! My treatment I chose was a back massage and she knew her stuff! I didn't need to tell her anything as she could tell just from the massage where the pain was and what damage I had done. She went the extra mile as I suffer from my ciatic nerve so gave me tips on what to do if it started to flare. Afternoon tea was included and everything was spot on. Cakes sandwiches were fresh nice and enjoyable. Staff friendly. I ask for coffee and she brought me tea. For a minute I thought I was on the faulty towers experience. ( Yes there is one! ) But all was good. They even let you take what you don't manage to eat and she made the foil into a little hand bag. Little touches like that make All the difference. It made my day. Well worth it. 5 stars.

Stayed here over the weekend- hotel room was incredible, well kept and had beautiful views. We did not want to leave at all. We used the spa where the facilities are updated and very clean and so I felt very comfortable there. Also had a treatment (by Nikki I believe) which was so amazing and would recommend to anyone!! Will be returning
