Best Western Valley Hotel – Telford

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel .Room was clean had everything we needed in it .The breakfast was delicious the staff are so friendly. Megan helped with choosing what to eat from the evening meal menu .It was delicious what she recommended. We can't wait to come back its been a wonderful few days away .Thank you to all the staff for making it so great .We look forward to seeing you all again very soon .

The hotel was fine and in a good location with ample parking. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Sausages and bacon were quality. Dont think we had the best room overlooking the roofs and bins (4.) The hotel is on the river and surrounded by trees and hills so should have some lovely views from rooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. One issue we had was that the reception wouldn't order us a taxi and asked us to download the app and order through it. This we did but the 9.30pm taxi back to the hotel we booked 24hrs in advance never turned up. The operator said the taxi would be sometime in the 30 minutes but could be an hour. We had to make alternative arrangements together back. Would have been better if the hotel could have arranged this. If we had this and a better room would have been 5*.

I have stayed here many time and i still enjoy it. The location is great for work in Telford and the Ironbridge has lots of interesting history for a fellow engineer. Lots of free parking and the layout is like a step back in time with spiral staircases and redbrick walls. Food is excellent and staff are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

An overnight stay recommended by a friend. Staff were all very friendly, also maintaining high professional standards. Very enjoyable dinner and breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, visited for a christening party. Food was lovely polite and helpful staff. Would definitely visit again
