Very Friendly reception and courteous, always helpful. Appointments can be difficult but this goes for any GP center these days and they will always find a cancellation for you if possible. GP is always updated with you and easy to speak to for advice and recommendations for a hospital or unit. Dave Black Walton .

Receptionists always friendly and helpful and health check nurse was very nice too....... but the doctor I saw was very distant and detached never even introduced himself and this was my first visit as a new patient never asked me any question just filled my prescription prescribed by my old doctor and that was it appointment over in 5mins....... not impressed and never went back !!!!!!

I am appaulled by the service I have just received from this doctors appointment. Firstly, I rang up 62 times in one morning at 8 o'clock and was not successful as I did not get an appointment. I was then trying for a to get an appointment for a week and was finally succesful the following Thursday. I attended my appointment to receive an awful service. The GP did not introduce himself and seemed extremely uninterested. I was there for approximately 2 minutes to not get any solution to my problem. Therefore, I am shocked by this service and believe action needs to be taken.

Doctors always rushed and very disinterested and always takes an hour to get through to reception on the phone only for them to never have an appointment available

As well as being efficient, the receptionist had a lovely, personable manner. I had an appointment with the HCA, but was offered the flu jab at the same time. She even, acknowledged me as I was leaving, and asked if I was OK, which is something I have never experienced at any GP practice before. The HCA, Collette, was also lovely, as well as effecient, as she always is. A great experience overall.

Rang the doctors this morning as I needed my medication, reception were so rude and didn’t even try and help just to be told that there were no appointments, the receptionist who I spoke to was very ignorant on the phone which made me feel worse, and sounded Asif she could not be bothered! I’m so glad you can speak to someone online because ringing the doctors makes me more anxious!

The most unhelpful staff. I have been with this surgery almost 30 years and they have deactivated my record in error, refusing to reactivate it without me reregistering and refusing to give me an urgent gp appointment and smear test. I've since been informed that they have a duty of care to provide me with these appointments for 30 days from registering with a new gp.

Had a phone call to day off the receptionst to say my test have all come back clear witch I new they would I oviouly need internal test to pind the problem long story short iv been very poorly the past 2 years witch this doctore has not been helpful at all telling me it's in my head iv been rushed in numorus times to the hospital I'm under the gastro doctore for it but in the mean time what iam I meant to do if I get another flare witch effects most off my body I don't exsacly like going in but if I don't and leave it I end up in hospital he has made me feel very emotional feel like I never guna get a diagnosis doctored are meant to help u not make u feel this way

absolutely useless they don't care about people's health change peoples tablets without informing them never answer the phone and when they do the attitudes are ruthless treat patients appalling
