this surgery is making a mess of me because of my previous rating. Whenever I've asked to see a GP, they never had an appointment for me, just a TELEPHONE consultation. This is mad, because it means that I am diagnosing myself, therefore no help whatsoever to sit by the phone so that a GP calls asking trivial questions. Now as they are unhappy with my review, they are making fun of me calling to chat every other day. I think this is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I have never received such a bad service of any other Medical Centre for the last 10 years

I have nothing but praise for this practice. Staff have always bent over backwards to help. Love the option of a telephone consultation as it has saved me hours of time. First class

Since merging the clinics it's terrible to get through , it can take 45 minutes to two hours before the phone is no longer engaged . Then when you do get through its a while for a call back then all the apps for that day have gone.

Is this surgery a joke? I have been trying to phone them for 2 days now and cant get through. I have phoned 111 and they said i need to urgently see them within 12 hours as my condition is getting worse but i feel like the reception just leave the phones on the hook all day. I would not reccomend this surgery as it is impossible to contact them. Also they do not accept appointments online.... joke

The receptionist’s at this surgery ALL need sacking every single one of them, there is a theme running through everyone of there veins which is “how can I get this patient / customer off the phone as quickly as possible while offering the least amount of help I can or how can I pass the buck and give them a different number to phone so i don’t have to deal with it !!! It’s an absolute DISGRACE, literally the most diabolical receptionist’s I’ve ever had the misfit to come into contact with under any circumstances.

Moved from US back to UK, needed a new GP. This surgery were very professional in processing everything and made the whole experience effortless. The booking system has a long way to go to be effective but it is certainly a good start. The apps the surgery uses are really good and so easy to setup and access. Reception staff, security and doctors have all been amazing so far in my experience. Given the pressure the NHS is under they are handling everything very professionally. Thank you all.

This surgery takes over 100 call attempts at 8am and still I cannot get through. When I do get through the dr waits for 1 key word, stops listening, and hands a tablet out for that. There is no real listening and they put outright lies on your medical records that they claim you say or wrote becausethey are innatentive or looking at you throughtheir own bias or judgementbased on that visit. I hate them and have been told I do not have the option to change my dr or get a second opinion! On top of that the dr proudly informed me she no longer has to make the hypocritic oath! I looked it up and she is right. They can now happily do harm 🤬
