Northwood glasgow

I have rented out my property through Northwood for over 10 years and recently used them to sell my property. I don't live in Glasgow anymore and Thomas and the rest of the team have been amazing at managing my property. They have been great at keeping me updated with tenants and issues at the property & any tradesmen they used were quick to solve issues and very reasonably priced. When selling my property Thomas coordinated the clearance of the flat, tradesmen to fix issues, painters, carpet fitters and then the surveyor and all viewings. It made my property sale very easy from a distance and I can't recommend this team highly enough. Very professional and very easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

After booking a train through to Glasgow for a viewing, upon calling the letting agent whilst on my journey through, I am advised the property is no longer available and they'll no longer be able to do the viewing... It would have nice to be informed about this before I'd wasted my time and money.

I want to say my sincere gratitude to Northwood for the pleasant stay I've had in the flat I rented from them. All the staff at Northwood have been amazing and very helpful. They always made sure to respond promptly to problems at the property and provided the best services for sorting out any issues. We were very comfortable, and we do appreciate all their response and support.

Spoke to many letting agents over past few weeks. Unfortunately Northwood are not the best. They are a nightmare to get hold off, worse at phoning you back and wasted my afternoon dealing with these amateurs. If you have a property to let I'd strong advise going somewhere more reputable. My partner and I found these guys embarrassing to deal with.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Northwood. Staff are very communicative, friendly and professional. All my emails are replied to promptly and no question or request is too small or stupid. They are very understanding and I feel like they want the best for both the tenant and landlord.
