KPM Residential glasgow

KPM Have been a godsend - they came out to my flat on an emergency call ASAP and got my problem sorted straight away. They are very responsive, and the people at the office are always so lovely to talk to. Thanks for always being so helpful.

As landlords we have been with KPM for over seven years. During this time we have found them to be most professional and prompt in responding to us. They have efficiently arranged for necessary repairs and have quickly found good tenants when a lease ended. We would certainly recommend KPM to landlords and to tenants.

Found me a succession of good tenants very quickly. Always resolved any maintenance issues promptly and at a very reasonable cost. One of the best letting firms out there.

I had a great experience with KPM. I rented a flat from them for around two years. Any issues with the flat were always sorted quickly and they gave plenty of notice for inspections. The processes of starting and ending the lease were both handled very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely rent from KPM again.

Inconsistent, uninterested and controlling. Withdrew my offer after confusion over whether the flat was furnished or not. Agent at viewing said it wasn't, tenant had to tell him it was. Unlawfully charged a £650 deposit before referencing, then told I would have to sign the lease before being emailed the inventory.Told to look at the photos on the ad which were not an accurate representation of the furnishings as there was no bed. Promised they would replace the dodgy stained blinds which were stuck in one position. Decided not to leave it to chance. Not impressed

We forward them professional Tenant. They are the worst Letting Agent Company. They give response very coldly for maintenance once you take their property. At the end of tenancy they will attempt every possible way to hog your money. They will inflict charges to retain your deposit. Please avoid them and go for other option.

I’ve let two flats from KPM, they are by the far the best letting agents I have experienced. Extremely helpful and always understanding, actually care about their tenants! easy to contact and quick repairs. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend!
