Booking an appointment is terrible. They will ask you to ring at 8:30am to get a slot. From 8:30am until 9:00am you won’t even get through the automated answering system. Once you get through the reception which means around 9:15, the reception will then say please ring again at 1:30pm to book an appointment. Cycle goes on and on. I think this is one of the reasons why urgent care, walk in clinics are all filled up as well. Please assess your capacity and please teach the reception to triage patients properly.

Very bad, sent to the wrong myofascial department at northwick park hospital after waiting 2 months even though the doctor said she will send me to an ENT. Doctor sambasivasan a locum was way too relaxed and did not show any willingness to help. You have to get to the point where it's almost an argument that there is something wrong with you and then you may get somewhere if your lucky. Worst doctors: Anjum zaidi, faria shafique, sambasivasan. Very good: George varghese, Bayrakhtar, Mcloughry, Nurse.

Worst doctors I've ever been to, my GP called me in urgently to discuss my brain MRI results and when I got there she just said "okay what can I help you with today" spent a year being messed about being told my symptoms were unrelated to my condition even though I insisted they weren't and whenever I asked questions the gp could answer anything. Spent hours on hold trying to get through to the receptionists because apparently it's quite easy to break their hold system so they don't know you're calling. Yeah not happy.

5/ 5

We are with the Northwick Surgery for more than a year. Our overall experience has been very pleasant so far, staffs are very co-operative and understanding. There may be some delays in getting connected with the calls, however, that should be very normal considering the high call volumes. Otherwise, the entire team is really helpful in answering any queries. Special shout out to this wonderful lady Manisha, who is exceptionally helpful. Thank you all for being kind and helpful!!!

This practice failed to follow up as requested on my dad's hospital discharge notes, and all he got (after I chased them) was a phone consultation that he was unable to participate in as the GP called 45 minutes early, 5 minutes before I arrived at my dad's. I was unable to get the GP back on the phone, even after holding for 30 minutes (I got cut off). We have heard no further from the practice, let alone had the referral the hospital requested them to make. I have raised a formal complaint with the NHS Commissioner for England & will be moving my dad to another practice ASAP.

The worst surgery I have ever been to, the worst service and the worst staff from the reception desk to GP. Do not bother , I am changing my Gp too. I would give them zero star if it was possible.

The worst surgery I have ever been to. She supposed to refer me to another doctor to the hospital and she didn’t and plus she was really rude with me. What kind of doctor is she? And this is the second time is happening. I was waiting for 1 month and 1 week for my appointment form the hospital and I called the surgery up and they were saying to me, if the doctor would refer you to another doctor then it would be in the system and is not here. Hello, I have a healthy problem which should be treated ASAP and they are just wasting my time…. Not recommended to no one
