Dr Martin is truly the best GP in London. Having gone on a tour of GPs across Europe. I can say that I have never come across such a professional and skilled doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He was easy to reach and I was able to get a booking instantly through his easy to use website. I am glad that I came across Dr Martin and that I am a patient of his now.

I have never had a doctor like Martin Saweirs. When I first met him I was in a difficult situation, ringing from the other side of the world, but he took my call and I very quickly felt reassured that I could trust him with a web of fairly complex health issues. Soon I felt I could speak openly and freely as I might to a friend. I’ve now been seeing him regularly for over a year, and my admiration for him has only grown. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He has an informal approach and he’s happy to have an appointment over the phone or over Skype if it’s more convenient for the patient. I’m just very glad I found him, because I have some long-term issues that will need to be managed over time, and now I don’t have to deal with them alone.

Before I met Dr Martin, I used to race through a doctor's surgery hardly bothering to take a seat. I gave a quick account of what ailed me, accepted the bandage or the referral or the pill, and I was out the door. For many years I was telling the most personal things to people who were rarely more than strangers. But now Martin is my doctor, and I like having someone decent and compassionate and super-smart taking the time to get to know me. Doctors used to be a critical response to a critical situation, but Martin knows the whole picture, so he can help to prevent health problems rather than responding when they need to be cured. A human being isn't just a body, or a mind, or a history of ailments -- we are the sum of a lot of parts, and I feel safer having a doctor who really knows me. On top of that, he's an awfully nice man, so it's always a pleasure to see him.

Dr Martin Is an extraordinary GP, he is kind and compassionate and extremely skilled at putting patients at their ease. He listens carefully to what you have to say and those things left unsaid then asks insightful questions before responding thoughtfully with a diagnosis and plan of action. As others have mentioned he goes beyond what’s expected of a GP; wanting to get to know the person to ensure you feel supported throughout. I have never before experienced this level of care. It is also very important to recognise he is an excellent clinician who is very thorough and able to deal with complex issues. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Martin is simply one of the best healthcare professionals I have come across. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. His approach is calm, caring, thorough and he takes time to really understand his patients and their symptoms before recommending a course of treatment. He also really cares about them. He sees patients as individuals. His experience and expertise speak for themselves but his efficiency, can-do attitude and reassuring approach is what really makes this Doctor one of the best. 5 stars all the way.
