Elthorne Park Surgery london

Fantastic surgery. Receptionists are super helpful and the doctors are thorough, kind and caring. My family and I have been with the surgery for over 20 years and I cannot fault them. We have always been slotted in for emergencies and never been made to feel we are a burden. I highly recommend this surgery Well done Elthorne Park Surgery!!

The main issue remains with 1 receptionist in particular a lady with glasses with a loud voice , she got her moments, her days and her favourite patients , she is obnoxious and very sharp she can hear but doesn’t listen to patients. Is she a manager of some sort she seems to be ruling the place but in fact she is ruining it. You can see other receptionists are in fear of her. When I hear her voice on the phone I know the answer will be NO therefore I hang up and try my luck later with a different receptionist...this is clearly unacceptable as this is putting peoples life at risk

Good service from when I phoned to after my appointment. I was seen quickly and on time. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. The phone was ringing continuously and the waiting area was almost full so very busy.

Such a service and the way that the reception discriminate the patients is way beyond this world. Very disappointed from their service after trying to explain that I have checked in for my appointment but their system didn't record it, the respond from the old lady on reception was: I don't want hear about it! I wouldn't recommend this surgery. May be they should recruit younger regeneration people who know better about customer service.

An excellent surgery where my family and I have had fantastic service from helpful & sympathetic doctors for over 25 years! Highly recommended!

Only ever had good experiences with this surgery

This surgery does not help and staff does not care at all. It is poorly runned. The staff neglected the care of my problem for months!!

Lady extremely rude on the phone not helpful at not, she hug up the phone while I was talking to her.... great customer service 👍🏽

I called today and like always I had amazing lady who answer me. She was lovely as most of the ladies on the reception. I spoke with Dr Shah and she gave me exellent help and advices. I have always problem to understand doctors on the phone but doctor today talk slowly and clear that I was really happy. Thank you.
