Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The physios not only provide a quality service but also show a genuine interest in getting to know their clients. I have been here for rehabilitation of a broken elbow and a ruptured Achilles and they have helped me return to full working order both times. I must add they have the use of an Alter G machine which allows you to run on a treadmill on reduced body weight. This has been key to my Achilles recovery and something I only expected to be available to pro athletes. Special mention to my 2 physios for each injury, Lorien and Reece who have been FANTASTIC and Jethro on the front desk, all of whom are great fellas! Comes highly recommended by me!

I was seen here for a knee injury, great service from reception to the physio Reece everyone was always polite and really helpful. The treatment I received in clinic for my injury was fantastic with clear and easy to understand instruction for exercises at home leading to being able to get back to my normal activity. I would definitely recommend Move Clinic.

Knowledgeable, friendly, perceptive good listeners helped me though a recent running/ yoga injury. Great team workers who know their stuff! Very grateful for their input into injury rehab strength training and ability to encourage client autonomy so as to prevent further injury in future. Have learned a lot though going to Move! Recently was able to run my first race in 3 months thanks to Reece's guidance and treatment. Thank you Move!

Excellent reformer Pilates studio with outstanding physios. Each class consists of only four students at a time, which translates into plenty of individualized advice for each student. The instructors are very dedicated, they know each student very well and will ensure that each movement is carried out perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Brittany is one of the best Pilates teachers and physios I have ever been to. Being a physio myself

5/ 5

Brittany is one of the best Pilates teachers and physios I have ever been to. Being a physio myself I am super picky when it comes to who treats me/teaches me Pilates and it took me a long time to find someone who delivers excellent therapy. Brittany is very hands on and is constantly on my case if I am not doing an exercise with correct technique. She knows my limits and really does push me to the point whereby I am seeing improvements. Thank you Brittany - I am not sure where I would be without you!

I was really impressed with the whole clinic & service from start to finish. I rang in the morning to see if they had any availability & the receptionist was lovely & helpful answering all my questions on health insurance. Upon arrival I was greeted by the same receptionist who made me feel comfortable & was lovely to talk to. I was seen by Sarah who was professional & highly knowledgeable while keeping the atmosphere relaxed. The initial consultation consisted of testing & diagnosing my injury but also treatment. I left with exercises to complete & a clear pathway to return to sport. Would highly recommend Move Clinics.

Can't recommend Steve at Move enough. I've had TOS symptoms from some posture related tight shoulder muscles and scapula winging. There was no doubt Steve wanted to help. With his empathy and listening combined with his extensive knowledge he provided corrective exercises I needed. Steve put in the extra mile. Thanks mate !
