Called in out of the blue with some valve stem issues and the extremely friendly and helpful staff were on hand to deal with it immediately. Knowledgable and quick to rectify my problems and all at a fantastic price. Couldn't recommend more highly and a big thank you to all involved

Used these guys as approved contractor for tyres & maintenance on our works vehicles and they have been great every time. This is a very busy city centre branch but they always try their best to get the work done ASAP.

Dropped my car off to be looked at, they told me to get there first thing after phoning the day before. Arrived at 8.30am By 1.00pm I still hadn’t heard anything so rang and they said my car still hadn’t been looked at, and they couldn’t give me an estimated time scale. My wife also spoke to the guy on reception and he had arsey tone with her. Customer service skills were lacking! At 2pm I went to see what was going on and all the workers were out the back on a break and my car was still sat in the same spot where it had been for the last 5 and half hours so I took my custom elsewhere!

DONT GO HERE- Had alignment here after tyres were bald on the inner edge, they told me minor changes needed to be done, it was completed and I went somewhere else to get new tires (they had a better deal) now 6 months down the line I have the exact same problem, took it too somewhere else to get alignment again and they said it was awful they should have seen this. I emails the complaints and they told me it’s been 6 months they cannot do anything, tires don’t wear in 30 days how are you suppose to know? Especially as when they aligned it all they did was get the numbers the same on both sides so the steering wheel was straight so I couldn’t tell any difference. Awful service and after care. Do not recommend at all.
