Don't buy anything from 'Friends of Joules'. Firstly you need to pay for the posting if your buy things from 'friends of Joules'. Hortons(Friend s of Joules) delivered me a wrong colour item. Then you need to return it by post, as Joules stores cannot process the items of Friends of Joules. You need to pay the post cost when returning the unwanted items too. Trying to communicate with Joules' customers'service by phone and internet chat to discuss the issue. But it took almost 2 hours for me to wait. At the end no staff answer. Wasting customers' waiting time. Buying stuff from Friends of Joules only gives you nightmare. As worst as Joules'customers service.

Not sure the lady’s name I spoke to, but I phoned the Cambridge store about an enquiry about a coat, the lady who spoke to me was so helpful, went out of her way to deal with my enquiry and to help me with the coat, I was so impressed with how professional, friendly and helpful she was (I’m so sorry I missed your name !) but thank you so much for your help, I massively appreciate it !
