I called the surgery and was told my symptoms were urgent and to call back at 2pm I called back at 2pm and waited 16minutes for the receptionist answer The receptionist remembered me from the earlier conversation and seemed delighted ther wer no appointments for me and said call in the morning Inv I Called nhs 111, they explained I need a dr within 6 hours and to call back to the surgery Leagrave surgery couldn’t be more unhelpful if they tried. It was Afretall Leagrave surgery suggesting my symptoms wer urgent!! I subsequently visited nhs Chapel St waited for two hours and was sent by an efficient dr. The process is hideous, subsective and rude from Leagracpve surgery Now I wonder if I have a black mark against my name since Leagrave surgery Dr’s refused my late father an MRI. After all such an expense On a man who actually paid into the system all his life! I have no hesitation in saying change surgeries as I will, who wants to be dealt with by bullies

The receptionist staff (Rita and the Mauritius/asian lady that deals with registrations) very poor level of service. Rude, obnoxious and give any excuse to make innocent patients lives hell. I was told to come back 3 times the final time being in the pouring rain with poorly infants. I was turned away because no staff could register me at the surgery even though I had called prior to turning up at the surgery and when I was registered the mauritius lady dealing with registrations gave me the nastiest look and just handed the forms to reception and walked off. Next, had to attend appointment to confirm registeration. The mauritius lady told me I had to attend the appointment with dr otherwise I would be taken off the system. I explained I had really poorly kids and she threatened to take me off the register if I didn't attend the appointment. When confronted atthe surgery she waa very rude, unsympathetic and unfriendly face. Please get her out or atleast train her. If i could give them a minus I would for the behaviour of these 2 staff. I would definitely have these ladies investigated. However the doctors and nurses etc have been really polite and helpful. Keep it up!

Have been with this practice a few years now and there's some fantastic doctors and the receptionists have always been helpful and polite, it's very hard for any one to get an appointment at the minute whatever practice you go to, they're all under pressure. Go to the A&E urgent GP instead of moaning you've been ill for months!

I've been with this surgery about 2 months. Receptions and doctors all good expected how a surgery should be. Took away 1 star as my appointment over ran by just over 30 mins. May be not the best time to go during work lunch hour.

I have met several doctors who see my elderly mum and their services are second to none. If they had paid a home visit and were concerned about my mum, they would follow up with a call to see if she is ok after few days.

Just to get through to get an appointment would be good. Today I rang 1 min before 8am the lines were closed, I rang straight back at 8 and I'm no 37 inline!!!. I'm ringing on behalf of a friend who is/has been very poorly for months now. This is a rediculous situation., in the past when I have finally got to speak to a human they have been polite and helpful. Trying to get through to speak to them is appalling.

Whilst the reception is friendly, the doctors / nurses that I have seen so far have been terrible. So disinterested in helping and the blood test I had was horrific with the nurse giving me attitude when I said it was painful (she was moving the needle side ways and back and forth to 'find a vein'). I have only been registered here since September but I am considering moving to another surgery in the new year...
