I cannot fault them at all. Was with another surgery and suffered from migraines which turned out to be serious (in coma type serious) since then changed to here. I have always got five star service. When I try to get appointment I do have to wait but I put that down to their quality of service hence so everyone wants to make sure they are seen properly. Five star all the way. I just wish I’d listened to my mother earlier.

Anybody who writes a review to say this surgery is more than 1 star and says anything positive about the staff is a complete moron. You could not wish to find a more unprofessional, rude, insensitive set of people if you tried. I would seriously urge any existing patients and anyone considering using this practice to please find a new one! If you care about the people you love that use this practice, PLEASE ask them to change to somewhere new. Their health and sanity could be at risk otherwise!!! Any reviews of over a star are from friends and family! There are an awful lot if 1 star reviews... pay attention to them!!!

Might aswell get your diagnosis on Google as no body ever answers the phone. Been trying to get an appointment for over a week and when someone does answer "ring back tomorrow at 8" what do you think I've been for the last half hour.

Since last two years. the website is down and unreachable. Imagine a professional practice in UK without online. there is one email that is used for communication. In my opinion, it is not enough to leave your professional business on one single email. I have been using the services of this surgery for more than 12 years and find staff very professional and helping but do not understand why medical centre had grounded its website! Is it because Dr Choudhry has retired and has taken website with himself? Please make your business visible online. Comeback live... I give you lowest rate not for your health related services but for your digital online services. Please improve and fix problems. If you have any issues contact me and I will try troubleshooting your server restoring to its best possible!

Internet Practice. You go there, tell them symptoms and how you feel. All they do is google it and tell you accordingly. why would I book an appointment for 2 weeks and then find out that I could google it in my home. All you will get is paracetamol and over the counter anti histamines even you are dying of chest infection. this is 5th out of 5th time since I registered here. I have left this to get registered somewhere else. Better rename it to Google Medical Centre.
