Nearly impossible to get an appointment. Walk in and you're most likely to get booked in a month later, no matter what. Have to ask for an urgent booking for a bit early date or have to ring in 8 a.m. But that too is not always easy coz lines are mainly busy. You're lucky if you get an appointment on the day and time that's suitable for you. Even on the appointment day you end up waiting for another 20-30 minutes.

Poorly managed by inexperienced staff who ask too many personal questions. Never any appointments available to your convenience. Doctors never read any patient notes (eg discharge letters from Hospital). A culture of ‘it’s not our problem, we can’t help with this, it’s them not us’ exist within all staff.

Shocking service. Staff are rude, prescription requests are thrown around like waste paper, getting an appointment is a lottery and they cut prescriptions in half so I have to buy twice as many per year now. Have complained but no response.

I have been with this surgery for 14 years now, and over the years it has gotten progressively worse. Before, I would recommend people to the surgery, now, i am considering leaving it very soon myself. The only good thing about this surgery is Dr Duffy and Dr Abu Bakr. Receptionists are inconsiderate and seem to be annoyed or in a huff all the time, face to face or on the phone. You wait at the desk and no one tends to you, they carry on chatting between themselves and go about their way until you say 'Hello? Excuse me..' then they finally see you acting like you disturbed them and behave irritated.. When you're unwell, or when you need urgent attention, its really not nice to be treated like this. Its just basic human manners. The receptionists need training in customer service and care. Shame really. So many bad reviews should tell them something.

Well what can I say been with this surgery since 2014 and not once have i ever been treated the way I have by the receptionist I fractured my neck beginning July 2021 and seen the doctor once in the whole period and now on the 16th august 2021 still with no appointment every time I phone up excuses after excuses about the doctors are never available for appointments or phone call consultations reception staff are very rude if they don’t like what you say they simply just end the call on you or talk to you with total disrespect one off the best things is the false promises I receive ever time I ring up telling me my medication is available to collect at the pharmacy and after arranging a lift via family or friends it turns out they never send nothing over to the pharmacy absolutely useless staff at this surgery and surprised the medical bored hasn’t investigated the surgery for poor practice so hopefully today after I leave this review they pull the finger that’s so far up out I’m now recording all conversations taking the advice from a solicitor.

I want to thank doctor duffy cause she is an amazing doctor cause of her i feel like she is a god giffed to me i always pray for her well being and will always do that for her. She helps me through a rough patch and is still helping me thought it i just want to give her a big thank u from me. I have got depression and sever anxiety and my help has always been with doctor duffy so again a very big thank u.
