It's 3 days since I've asked for the room to be cleaned. Everyday I morning when leave i have requested the front desk to have the room cleaned & every day since I have come back to see the trash overflowing & zero extra toilet paper. How do you expect us to manage with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 ppl for a booking of 6 nights? Additionally the thermostat in the room is absolutely useless. You need to call to the front desk to request them to set the temperature. All they did was to finally give a room heater. The room has a huge wine stain in the carpet. Ghastly sight. The breakfast is just bare minimum and leave a lot of room for improvement. Oh and there is just one lift working.. one morning there were hotel guests got stuck in the lift. Since then it's left unrepaired. Plan your visit in advance and stay somewhere else.
