Polite and excellent service

I bought a new pair of Fyne Audio F500 speakers from here and I was very happy with the service, particularly from Graham who joined me in the demo room. I think some people like to left alone, but I value the opinion of those who work in hifi retail, so this was welcome. By the way, have a listen to the Quad Z1 if you can. This came a very close second to my choice!

I ordered some speakers online from Harrow Audio. I got clear emails to say the order has been received, and another shortly afterwards to say the speakers had been shipped. They arrived the next morning in perfect condition. It's good to see a small company surpassing what you'd expect from a multinational.
