An amazing practice. I have been with them for more than 40 years and would never change. Doctors and nurses are so caring. Receptionists do a great job under very stressful conditions.

Not even worth my time to rate tbh. A very degrading doctors all together. Every single time I ring to book my sons 16 week injections although he is way past that mark now, we ring, wait in a que for a hour or so then get cut off. I have walked in and explained I can't get an appointment so have asked for one then and there for him and got refused and told to book online. All the responses to all your bad reviews is just you saying 'I do apologise about the phone lines' but yet most of the reviews are from a good few months ago and you still havent sorted the main problem everyone is going on about. Literally the worst doctors I have ever been with.

After long call they will just disconnect you. Rude staff they don't seem to be bothered even if you are waiting on reception and they know you are there still won't come to help.

Useless! Every time I call I’m on hold for 50 minutes upto an hour & a half. Sometimes the line just goes dead. The receptionists don’t want to help, they just seem very annoyed that you have dared to call them.

The most rude receptionists I have ever spoken with. When you eventually can get through on the phone. They believe they can diagonise your condition/illness just because they have supposedly been triaged trained. Without even knowing what medication you're already taking how old you are etc etc. And then tell you you can change practices if you don't like the way you're being dealt with. So eventually I ended up ringing 111 and speaking with the most professional and respectful person who advised me I had done the correct thing ringing and would forward my concerns to your practice. Within 30 minutes I was contacted by a qualified member of staff who was extremely helpful and prescribed medication and told me if things didn't improve to ring 111 over the weekend or call him back the following week.

The worst GP I have ever been to.. the worst place to be at especially when you are not feeling well

The worst GP I have ever been to.. the worst place to be at especially when you are not feeling well they will make you feel worse. Staff are unfriendly and cold. I was there in so much pain I couldn't even sit so I had to lye on the ground. They didn't care about how I was feeling but they were telling me that I can't lye on the ground as if I chose to.. they were rushing me to leave the place. I don't understand how healthcare workers can be heartless like that.
