5/ 5

When I first arrived to see Mr Potts, I confess I was in the depths of despair with active thyroid eye disease and all that comes with the condition. My appearance had changed so much that I hardly recognised my own face and was profoundly upset by all that was going on. From the moment I walked into Mr Potts consulting room, that all changed! Now that's not to say that my appearance improved immediately, but Mr Potts gave me hope from the outset. Six months into my treatment my eyes are almost back to normal and I can see massive improvement, not only that but the discomfort and pain has been eliminated. I have recommended Mr Potts and would continue to do so. The NHS told me at the outset that there was nothing that they could do for me, which was very disturbing to say the least, I have now found that statement to be untrue. There is hope, there is treatment and there is Mr Potts who has the most amazing faith in what he does and that is certainly half the battle against this awful disease.
