I love F & B paint, I did my bedroom in Pointing and used the gloss to repaint bits of my kitchen so when I moved to a new house I ordered a colour on line that I later decided was out of my comfort zone so decided to return it to the shop in Hove so I could look at their big colour board on the wall. The sales assistant couldn't do the refund on the till as she said I wasn't registered on line and that there should have been paperwork in the box (there wasn't) , and from there it took 3/4 of an hour and a call to head office to sort out a new purchase of a tin of paint. So if you decide to return paint you've bought on line or exchange it then I'd call F&B first before venturing into the shop.

5/ 5

I phoned the Hove branch regarding a colour/combination as I was having problems making a decision. I spoke to Joanne, she was so helpful and knew exactly what i was looking for, I bought a colour I would never have thought of and it works perfectly in my hallway. Great customer service in this store always! It really does make a difference to speak to assistants who care. Thankyou!
