Waited nearly a week so far for a quote, they insist that you email them, then never respond, despite 3 follow up phone calls. Went with Shaws instead.

Was restoring some victorian sash windows and needed 4 panes of reinforced glass. If it wasn't for the friendly guy on the front desk I would've ordered the wrong thickness but he advised the correct thickness and they fit perfect. He was mega helpful and the price was really good too. Been here years ago to replace the glass in a coffee table and back then they were friendly and gave me a great price as well. Glass cut to size within half an hour on both occasions. If you want great service and a good price I highly recommend.

I booked this company to come look at some windows I needed repairing. Planned my whole move around having them come. I phone them to see where there were when they didn’t show only for them to tell me they refuse to work in the Marina.

Excellent service, quote given by email was accurate. After measurement of the door it will take 10 to 15 days to manufacture the double glazing unit. Clean, tidy and quick replacement service.

Fitted bifold doors for us in 2018 that have now fallen apart. Asked them to come and repair them (and even offered to pay if outside of our warranty period). Despite numerous chasing emails sent to them dating from the 11th July 2021 to the present, they have refused to respond. We have now had to use someone else to repair them- who incidentally has commented that the initial work that was carried out was poor. In short, poor workmanship and terrible customer service. I have left the review on this site, as their own website 'moderates' reviews before publicly posting them; hence the glowing positive reviews and zero negative feedback. I was therefore not convinced this review would make it past their 'moderation system!'
