A good store with great Assistant, knowledgeable about their products. Had everything I needed. It can get very busy at lunch time when staff go for their breaks

Very well stocked and always having some good offers. Although customer service is shocking. I had an attendant rudely commenting the price of the items I was purchasing (like if I was putting a price tag on them), ignorig my response and then not even bothering to reply to simple "goodbye". On the other occasion, myself and 5 other people (2 of them left eventually without being served) were waiting more than 10 minutes for someone who coukd serve us. We could even hear someone from their team mimicing the bell, but still not coming through the door. A lot of room for improvement.

Very polite staff and good prices.

The slowest branch in the country. Not been a single time I've visited where I have waited less than 20 minutes to be served.

Really helpful and friendly nearly brought the wrong gearbox oil but thanks to the guy who served me and changed it to the correct stuff 😀

were helpful in swapping a faulty battery with no fuss. always seems a slight lack of urgency at the counter, you kinda wonder why someone else can't come and serve as well...

One the guys who work there was at the HSBC branch in Abingdon today and while he seemed to feel very strong yelling at the girls behind the counter, he mentioned a few times how much money he has in his account! A hapless bully. Wont be shopping there again long as such people work there.
