If you like a salesperson free car browsing experience, this is the place to go. We looked and sat in almost every car in the showroom without once being spoken too by any staff. We liked the Tucson but no one was interested to sell us one.

She handled a safety recall issue and service quickly and efficiently, with top-class communication and interpersonal skills. We've leased two cars from this company over the past five years - the salesman Simon has also been terrific, and the cars themselves reliable and great value. A very satisfied customer!

Kirsty is fantastic! She get 5 stars all the way. Dealership manager - also 5 stars... Brought my Santa Fe in to have an issue diagnosed, she kept me up to date all the time, courtesy car was arranged, everything was 150% brilliant customer service. The only negative I would say is that the mechanic suggested I have my brakes done as they were at 30% .. which was odd since I had had them done only 2 weeks ago. Try not to upsell too much...please stick to the facts. I may be female, but since I sort out all of the services and maintenance on my car, I know what has been replaced and when.

Had a test drive of an i30N. The sales who introduced me to the car knew the car inside out, and allowed me to concentrate on testing the car. Service at the dealership was nice too. The people had smiles on their faces and were keen to help. 10/10 would buy a car from them.

A good selection to view but made no choice others to view

This was my first time buying a car in the UK but Johnsons made the whole process a breeze. Rob was very welcoming and clearly explained all the relevant steps and available options. I was very well taken care of and would absolutely deal with the company again in the future.
