Used Nationwide as part of an insurance repair to my car. Good regular updates while the work was in progress & actually had my car back to me a couple of days early. Can be a little difficult to park there due to the number of cars they are working on at any one time.

Had my car twice, once to repair insurance claim, second time to repair their own substandard work. Refused to give it to them a third time to repair their own work AGAIN! An independent assessor upheld my complaint and it has gone to another body shop to be done properly. Paint runs, chips and scuffs, scratches....the list goes on!

Friday 27 December 2019 website says you are open for business but you are not as not answering phones and I turn up at your premises and it’s all locked up please change your website opening times or be open for business

We have brought our SUV here twice now for body repairs. Both times we have been extremely happy. You can not even tell work was done at all. Like nothing ever happened. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I had a extremely bad experience with Nationwide Accident Repair Centre, Kidlington! It took them three attempts to get the damage on my vehicle right. They are useless, never again!!
