The French & Italian Car Centre Ltd oxford

A few weeks ago my car broke down late at night so I got it towed to this garage, the next morning I went in to explain what happened and they fixed the problem for me that day. Additionally as my mot was shortly due, I booked in to have it done and they had a slot in for that day, at the mot garage next door. I was very pleased with the service as they were so helpful. I would definitely use this garage again.

Full service around £300 (the invoice is hilarious, charging double for oil change and filters, I wish I could add it here too) they managed to break the air blower pump in the process, when I asked them to have a look they replaced it with a cheap version of it without my consempt. They didn't even clean the car after Total rip off. Avoid it at all costs. You have been warned!

They solved a problem very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They are normally very busy, so I highly recommend to give them a call before you take the car. Thanks guys.

These guys are the only one's I would recommend! Have taken my car to them for a few years and they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I trust them completely and they always provided an A* service!!

Go here for yearly service, in and out in one day. Great attention to detail and always give a list of parts that need attention. Haven't had anything they couldn't fix or diagnose including engine warning light for crank angle sensor, turned away by other shops. Very friendly customer sevice with reception having an in depth knowledge of vehicles as well, not just back of house mechanics. Next to very good MOT as well, convenient. Only down side is they are about 10 to 15% more expensive then other average mechanics around Oxford but well worth the extra pennies.

I had a serious fault with the Adblu sensor on my Citroen C4 Grand Picasso a few weeks ago. These guys are the only garage that could fix it no one else had a clue. I spoke to a very helpful guy called Shane. He booked the car in, and the part was ordered. The day after they got the part the car was fixed. Very fast service. All the mechanics are very helpful they answer all your questions and they are the experts when it comes to French/ Italian cars. The only other Citroen dealer was in Reading, way too far. So if you have a fault on a French/ Italian car go see these guys first.

Excellent service. I took our car in for a pre-MOT service and new set of tyres. Minimal waiting for an available slot. Friendly, efficient, warmly recommended.
